originally i had wanted this to be angry emo-esque venting, but — through making this site itself — i no longer feel the need for it, i realized i want this to be something that can make me happy instead of reminding me of bad things.
some of my interests:
music
as you can probably guess, my music taste consists mainly of pop-punk and emo songs. some of my favorite bands are: fall out boy, paramore, the academy is..., midtown / cobra starship, taking back sunday, glass beach, etc. you know the drill, it's not special nor impressive. i also am a casual enjoyer of j-rock/pop and golden age vocaloid songs :)
art
i used to be way serious about art, i had dreams that i'd be living off commissions or becoming one of those art youtubers. art is definitely just a hobby right now, and i barely draw anymore, but i still like it a lot. i've also been getting into things like collages, graphic design and diy!
anime
i've watched a handful of anime series and heard of any that matters. i don't watch them as much as i used to but i still read manga semi-regularly. i like shounen stories before their stakes get too high, before the Big Bad Guys get introduced and characters have the risk of actually dying for real. At that point they become boring to me.
